No. You can order as a guest. We only ask for the name, address, email and phone number needed to deliver your shopping and to reach you about it.

The full cost of the order is charged to your card as soon as you place it, not when the parcel leaves us.

Email [email protected] with your order reference as soon as you can. Orders are picked quickly, so we can only change one that has not yet been packed. After that, the change-of-mind return in our refund policy applies.

Anywhere in the United Kingdom. A few out-of-area postcodes and oversized items carry a courier surcharge; where one applies you will see it at checkout before you pay.

Standard delivery is £3.95 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Express delivery is £6.95 and takes next working day. Standard delivery is free on orders over £34.99.

Royal Mail and DHL carry most UK orders. We use another carrier occasionally where a parcel needs it.

Not at the moment. Our couriers do not currently offer a weekend service. Deliveries arrive Monday to Friday.

On items held at our dispatch depot, yes. Anything we bring in for your order cannot go out next day, and the delivery date shown at checkout will say so.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday go out the same day. Anything later goes out the next working day.

Give it a few hours. Tracking goes live roughly two hours after the courier collects from our warehouse, usually around 8pm Monday to Friday. An order placed after 4pm on a Friday is not collected until Monday, so its tracking will not move over the weekend.

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery you paid, and you will not pay return postage.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 more to get the goods back to us, unused and in their original packaging. Fresh food, and sealed food or hygiene products once opened, cannot come back this way.

We do when the item is faulty, damaged, out of date or not what you ordered. You do when you have simply changed your mind.

We refund the card you paid with within 14 days of the goods reaching us. Your bank then usually takes 3 to 5 working days to show it. If you would rather not wait, ask us for a discount code for the same amount. We issue those the same day.

By card through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. We only ever see the last four digits and the expiry date, which is what lets us match a payment to your order.
